    Cherine Anderson, CIPS is the CEO and Founder of  Power Living Realty Ltd – a real estate company based in Kingston Jamaica. A licensed realtor, she holds a Certified International Property Specialist designation from the National Association of Realtors in The United States and is a member of the Realtors Association of Jamaica. Host of Power Living and Power Tips, a weekly real estate show, she uses her multiple platforms to inspire and empower her clients and fans worldwide.

    Power Living explores Jamaican real estate trends and gives a growing community access to industry experts to help answer the how, when, where and what to buy, sell or rent in Jamaica. As host, she brings youthful charm, passion, wit and humor, and provides her predominantly millennial audience with tips based on her experience representing sellers, buyers and developers in the Jamaican marketplace. Since the launch of Power Living, she has hosted capacity real estate workshops and seminars for the both the public as well as corporate companies.

    Cherine is a contributing writer to several real estate blogs, e-books as well as the National Housing Trust’s magazine Home & A Way. She serves Jamaicans both on and off the stage. She continues to help students through her Reach One Child Foundation, offering scholarships and mentorship programs.
